With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have been dedicated to perfecting my craft since I started at just 13 years old. Throughout my career, I have specialized in haircuts, color, natural hair care, and extensions, working with a diverse range of hair types and styles. My goal is to create a personalized experience for each of my clients, ensuring that they leave feeling confident and empowered. For the past 10 years, I have proudly served the DMV area, building lasting relationships and a sense of community with my clients. I believe that beauty is not just about appearance; it’s about connection and trust. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Vybe22 we strive to provide the best service to our clients. In order to do so, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Cancellation Policy: - We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours from scheduled appointments time notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of service fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. No-Show Policy: - If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, this will be considered a no-show. - A no-show will result in a fee of 100% of service fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Exceptions: - We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
